Sony and Fuji

Hello I work with both Sony (Alpha 7IIR) and Fuji (X-Series) systems. I will soon buy some flashes 3 or 4 of yours RF60. Can you please tell me if I buy your advanced kit C for Sony I only have to buy another transceiver to use with Fuji, right?
Or I have to buy transceivers for all the flashes?
One more question, do you send your products to Portugal, or do you have a representation here?

Thanks

  • Hello @RaulTME

The Advanced kit C for Sony only has one V6 IIs Transceiver. For your Fujifilm camera you need to buy one V6 II.

Cactus RF60 is a wireless flash so you do not need any external wireless trigger device for it.

We ship to Portugal but we also have a distributor there. Please contact: http://www.robisa.es/pt
They will have stock late-August, soon after their summer holiday.

    Thank you!

TTL or HSS not working on Cactus V6 II and V6 IIs? Be sure to check hot shoe connectivity by doing the <CAMERA INFO> check.

The RF60X does not support TTL.
It only supports HSS off-camera. There's no TTL on nor off camera.

Off-camera HSS works when RF60X is triggerd by a V6 II or V6 IIs. So it will work with most Fujifilm cameras, such as X-T1.

We have not tested the X-E2S., but X-E2 did not work so it is highly possible that the X-E2s also does not work. FYI we have stated this information on the product page, under Notes on Compatibility:

Camera(s) tested that does not support high-speed sync modes on the Cactus V6 II:

    - Fujifilm X-E2 (Updated: July 18, 2016)
    - Fujifilm X100T (Updated: September 7, 2016)

    Thank you.
