My Cactus LV5 does not trigger on a small object. What should I do?
For faster moving objects be sure to set to 1KHz. Another factor that would affect whether an object is detected is the size.
If the object is a pencil that you flick through the laser quickly, due to the size of the pencil diameter and the speed it passes by the laser beam, it could literally escape the laser signal wave length. So that means the LV5 Sensor still reads the laser beam as a continuous path but in reality an object already passed through it.
