How do I check the firmware version of my V6?

Press the A and D group buttons together while switching on the V6 by moving the Mode Switch to either TX or RX mode. 

The firmware version will be displayed for 3 seconds before going back to the home screen of TX/RX mode.


Suggestion: Hold the V6 with the LCD pointing to your left hand, place your thumbs on A and D group buttons, and adjust the Mode Switch with your index finger.

Hi,

after upgraded to 1.0.185 firmware version and press A&D buttons displays:"USE RF CH 16". So it does not displaies any more firmware version. Any idea why?

If this happens, it means that you are also pressing the test button.

Make sure to only press "A" & "D" and then the firmware version will be displayed.

I bought a 3 units of Cactus V6 transceiver which I tought that I can use it to my YN600EX-RT.  I'm just prostrated because it won't work. Is their any way like setting that I can use my YN to Cactus V6 transceiver? Is their any firmware update so that I can use the YN and V6?

Yes it is compatible as tested by another V6 user.
Choose YN568EX-II's flash profile.
