compatibility with sony hvl 60

does anybody know about problems between Sony hvl60 Cactus V5?

    @roughwolf ; I don't think the HVL 60 works with any manual flash trigger because of the position of the central hot shoe pin.



    You can try finding a sync cable but one end needs to be a 3.5mm and i don't think Sony makes one:

    That said, we will soon have something for Sony.

    I got my hvl 32 to work on the Cactus V4, may be the same issue.
     The problem is on the Sony flash mount the TTL pins extend forward and run up against the plastic 'bump' in front of the mount on the Cactus.  I carefully removed some of this bump with a pocket knife so the Sony flash would slide farther forward to make contact with the pin.  It now works in manual mode on the V5
