RF 60 (mounted on camera hotshoe) HSS not working with Nikon D750

While RF 60 mounted on camera (nikon d750) hotshoe I cant make HSS work, not even with older generation firmware. Black band shows in the bottom of the picture which I cant correct with delay. Had a Canon 6d before this D750 and it worked fine. Any idea?

    The RF60 is a manual flash that does not support HSS or TTL. You can shoot at manual power at a shutter speed at or below the X-sync of D750 or 6D.
