Optical Slave for Sony RX100 VI Only Works on Rear Curtain Sync

I've been trying to squeeze some extra benefit out of my Cactus V6s by using them to fire some Pentax flashes I have as optical slaves for my Sony RX100 VI built-in flash. Per the subject above, this only works when the Sony is in rear curtain sync mode and the Cactus v6 set to "S2 Main Flash." If the Cactus V6 is set to "S1 First Flash" then the Sony in "Fill Flash" mode will trigger the slave but the flash fires before the shutter opens. "Delay"on the Cactus seems to not work in this configuration.
