LV5 not emitting radio signal
Hi,
Hoping you can help! Been pulling my hair out with this one.
I'm trying to use my LV5 with my V6Iis setup but having no luck.
My understanding is that I should be able to set the LV5 to channel 1, put a V6iis into RX mode in channel 1 to trigger the camera and then a V6iis on channel 2 to trigger an Rf60x on channel 2.
The problem is that no matter what I do I don't seem to be able to get the lv5 to trigger the V6iis. I've also tried setting the Rf60x to channel one and that also didn't trigger despite the lv5 indicating a trigger sequence by changing from green to red led.
So far the only way I can get the setup to work is to hard wire a V6iis into the lv5 on tx on channel 1 and then carry on with the rest of the setup as above but this seems to be an extra part for no reason?!
Am I missing something obvious? Interestingly I've also noticed that if I set the adjustment dial in the lv5 to anything but 1 it doesn't seem to trigger at all (led status doesn't change on unit despite beam breaking)
Help!
