RF60X not working from Nikon hotshoe

My RF60X is not working when fired from my Nikon hotshoe (it's not working on any of the camera bodies that I use). The flash is, however, able to fire from my Cactus V6 II transceiver. Has anyone else had issues with their flash not firing directly from their camera?
