Cactus LV5 Trigger 3,5mm stereo jack connections

Hi, I want to know the following about the 3,5 mm cable included with the Cactus LV5 Trigger:

1- How many Volts does it provides when connected to the Cactus LV5 Trigger?
2- Wich terminal provides Ground (front/middle/first)?
3- Wich terminal provides Sensor Signal (front/middle/first)?
4- Wich terminal provides Power (front/middle/first)?

Could you send to me a diagram of the 3,5mm stereo jack, with the connections?
