HSS capabilities in a Nikon D5100?

I am going to take racing cars at night photos. My Nikon D5100 does not support HSS, is limited to 1/200 with flash.
Would I get HSS capabilities with the RX60 in my camera if I use a V6?

I'm afraid that the camera has to have HSS function.

The V6 doesn't transmit HSS signal also. Only the V6 II is capable for HSS.
