Firmware update saying no device found

in V6 Problems
I have updated my cactus v6 a few times before without issue but I went to update them today, went through the steps on the updater about pressing down menu and turning on RT or TX mode and got the red flashing light, but the updater says "no device connected" I have tried different cables and computers.

    I guess it could be the cable to is not data-transfer friendly. What I know is some cable is good for power charging, but it doesn't transfer data. Please try different cable.

    I had to buy a new V6, It also was not working in TX mode. I don't know what happened but I just bought another one. The new one works fine.
