Cactus v6 II troubleshooting

Hey guys,

Having real issues with my new trigger system. My set up is a Canon 5d mark IV and a 600EXII-RT and 2 cactus v6 IIs.

Both are set to channel 1, on group A, they are talking to each other but only flashing orange. Camera to Tx and flash to Rx. They have worked fine a couple of times on jobs, and I've used the same set up so don't understand them refusing now? It's like they pick and choose if they fancy it today or not..

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks

    Please check both V6 II to make sure they use the same firmware version. You can find it in the MENU page, under . Also , please make sure the TX unit are using camera system.

    The Tx unit hooked up to my speedlite flashes fine with a test shot from the same unit. It doesn't flash with a test shot from the one mounted on my camera.
    Where can I find the firmware settings under sorry? Thanks

    You can find the firmware version in the V6 II's MENU page, go to PREFERENCE, and then FIRMWARE VERSION.
