V5 won’t fire my YN560-III

Been trying to fire my Yongnuo 560III using my V5 transceivers. I make sure that the strobe V5 is on “receive” and that the camera one is set to “transmit” with matching channels (channel 2). Strobe is set to “manual” mode. What am I doing wrong.

    When you press the test button on the V5 TX unit, does it trigger the V5 RX unit with LED blinking in green once?

    You may also check with camera. When using liveview mode in some of camera, there is no triggering signal through the hot shoe center pin, which the V5 relies on it to receive triggering signal. You may switch the camera setting to optical viewfinder that may fix the problem in some cameras.
