Set Delay to fake HSS?

Hi!

Is it possible to set delay on the Cactus V6 work around the lack of HSS?
I've got an Olympus E-M1 Mark II, Panasonic FL-500 flash and 2 Cactus V6.
Recently upgraded camera from a Panasonic and I didn't think of the HSS flash system not working...

So is there any way to shoot at higher shutter speeds with this setup, e.g. by setting a flash delay?

For successful HSS/HyperSync triggering, you need the opposite of a delay (-> pre-sync signal) and for HSS in particular when using a V6 rather than a V6II you need flashes that can put be put into HSS mode manually (such as the RF60X).

Quite a while ago I came up with a "starter pistol" approach without involving V6II units for achieving HyperSync with regular flashes (at full power) and achieving HSS with flashes that support a manual HSS configuration.
