RF60x w/ V6ii TTL no flash

hi,

Just picked up a RF60x to replace one of my canon flashes. When V6ii TX triggering the RF60x (group A) in TTL mode, the flash fires but is out of sync. Completely black photo. Set to TX to manual mode 1/32 powers, flash is in sync.

To further this test, i have V6ii Rx w/ 430exii as group B, works in TTL and manual mode. This should help rule out issue w/ the TX or camera (5D3) failing TTL.

firmware:
RF60x using lastest 07 firmware
V6ii running CAN.A,001

    Found the issue that is causing the problem.

    After updating the RF60x to latest firmware, S1 is activated. Eventhough RF60x is the only flash on for testing, it's own TTL pre-flash caused a power dump. Simply turning off the S1 solved the problem

    Hmm haven't bump into that before... run a factory reset and it should be good.

    We tested no problem at all.

    Try running a factory reset on all units and try again?
