Switching to Sony

I recently switched from Fuji to Sony, and own two pieces of Cactus V6II

Is there any method to change those controllers to make them usable on a Sony A7RIII?

You need the V6 IIs ('s' for Sony) version.  Sony uses a special hotshoe for digital data, so the regular V6 II is not compatible.
