Firmware version A01 and A02 only works with PEN.A.001 and OLY.A.001
Dear RF60 users,
Only update the firmware on your RF60 and RF60X to version A01 if your V6 II is running on PEN.A.001, Pentax X-TTL or OLY.A.001, Olympus M43 X-TTL.
A01 and A02 will not work with V6 II running on firmware:
- 1.1.013 (Multi-brand HSS firmware)
- FUJ.1.xxx
- SIG.1.xxx
- SON.1.xxx
In the near future, we will release an "A" firmware versions, so the above list will be later replaced by:
- HSS.A.xxx
- FUJ.A.xxx
- SIG.A.xxx
- SON.A.xxx
FYI the "A" stands for the new protocol which we started implementing since the release of the Pentax X-TTL firmware (PEN.A.001) for better wireless performance.

So if you are shooting on a camera system other than Olympus and Pentax, keep using these firmware versions:
RF60: version 205
RF60X: version 103
Thank you for your understanding during this time.

Camera does not detect Cactus TX . whereas on Fuji XT-2 it works fine .
Please assist
Thanks
If the default Fujifilm is selected, you will see a letter "F".
The FUJ.1 and FUJ.A firmware versions are both Fujifilm-specific so it actually does not auto-detect the camera (besides checking whether it is old Fujifilm camera such as X-Pro1 or new such as X-T2).
You may want to run a Factory Reset and try again on your GFX.
When did you purchase your Cactus V6 II? Most of the recent batch (since around December 2017) has a new hot shoe spring installed, which avoids 99.9% of the chances of the need to remove camera hot shoe metal spring plate. If yours is older than that you may want to try removing the metal spring plate and see if it helps.
Have a try and keep us posted.
Thank you.
