RF60x not triggering from Cactus 6ii

I have a RF60x firmware A01  and A Cactus V6ii  firmware V1.1.013  it will not trigger the RF60x  

Both are on Group A and Channel 1 the RF60 is in Slave mode

The V6ii triggers other flashes on Cactus V6's so its transmitting

This is the second RF60x that has done this in less than a month 

the first was less than 2 months old.this one is less than a month old

I have done a factory reset on Both units with no success

i have tried triggering the RF60x with a V6  with no response either

Hi @Jaga04,

For the time being, you cannot use the latest firmware versions on RF60X with V6 II running Multi-brand HSS (i.e. 1.1.013).

You must use version 103 on the RF60X.
