No cables needed for wireless flash setups., unless you need to use the V6 II as a remote camera shutter release.
You will need one V6 II transceiver per device (camera / flash).
On all of your V6 II, install the Fujifilm X-TTL firmware version (FUJ.1.xxx). The Factory only install Multi-brand HSS version, which also works with Fujifilm for HSS, but the X-TTL version is more complete and adds wireless TTL.
