Couldn't get bootloader info.

RF60x with firmware A002
Understand to use flash with V6ii on Canon I have to install firmware 103.
After downloading sitting the update firmware button message

Couldn't get bootloader info.

please help.

    hi @ujobs, what macOS are you running on your computer?

    I just tried and had no issues. Running on the latest High Sierra.

    TTL or HSS not working on Cactus V6 II and V6 IIs? Be sure to check hot shoe connectivity by doing the <CAMERA INFO> check.

    Hallo i am Johan from the Netherlands so exuses for my spelling.
    Today i receved my RF60x and i alredy had a V6ll, on borh i hav the lest updates.
    My problem is i can not make a conection.
    Both on B chanel 1 i also try'd an other channel. i try'd also of camera triggering that also dit not work.
    can somone help me?

    Hi, please tell us exactly which firmware have you installed in the V6II and the RF60X.
    Also, let us know which camera are you using.
    On that way we can guide you to the proper firmware version.
