Firmware updater not recognizing any devices

in V6 Problems
I have two V6 tranceivers, and an RF60 flash.  Recently I've started having some reliability problems so I decided to upgrade my firmware on all devices before seeking support for the misfires.  However, when I try to update the firmware, the Cactus Updater v1.08 doesn't see the device.  Screen shot attached, as well as a shot of my sys info.

My red light is flashing on the V6, due to holding Menu and switching to RX.  On the RF60 nothing happens at all.

    With the weekend here I'm planning on doing some more experimenting, and I'm hoping to be able to get my triggers and flash updated.

    Is there any news on this issue?

    @rjsquire, we installed High Sierra 10.13 and was able to connect Cactus devices and also update the firmware versions.

    Please check if your mini-USB cable is compatible for data transfer.

    I'll look around and and try some other cables.  With all the cameras around here there must be a good cable somewhere!
