Will V6 on Oly Camera work (power control) with a V6II on the Oly FL-600R flash?

    No, the original V6 cannot be the Tx and the V6II the Rx.
    But you can use it on the other way: the V6II as Tx and the original V6 as Rx. Of course, you will not have remote TTL and the HSS is limited to "Power sync" option.
    The V6 works better with old "Analog TTL" flashes and the V6II with modern "Digital TTL" flashes.

    If my memory is right, FL-600R only works with the V6 II, because it runs solely on digital TTL protocol.

    And like lansa301 said above, V6 and trigger V6 II, only the other way around.

    The answer is you need two (2) V6 II for your setup.
