New V6 stuck on 1/128 power

in V6 Problems
Have set up new V6 to my Nikon SB24 but it is stuck on 1/128 power. Tried to set it up to my SB700 - same result. Have tried factory resets, no luck

    Did you select a corresponding flash system + flash profile?

    Also, is the flash set to TTL mode?

    I have fixed the problem. Updated firmware to lastest version and my new V6 talks to the V6. 11 and controls the power on the Nikon SB24. Thanks
