V6 with the Olympus FL-600R

I just got a pair of V6s and I'm using them with an Olympus FL-600R on a EM10 camera. I got everything to work except for the power control. I'm not expecting to use TTL features, but I'd like to be able to control flash power with the transmitter. Is there any way that I can make this work with what I have?

    Olympus FL-600R runs on pure digital TTL protocols, which means the V6 is not compatible.

    What you need is the V6 II, which is made for digital TTL flash models, such as the FL-600R.
