Selection dial stuck in the IN position

My selection dial for my V6 IIs is now stuck in the "IN" position. Do you have contact information for me to call or eMail support?

  • My primary unit just stopped working; it won't turn on. I was limping along using the stuck one as a remote, but now I'm dead in the water. I eMailed technical support two ways so let's see how quickly this is resolved. I'm very hopeful and happy with Cactus so far!

    I don't know about fixed. The process is not really smooth:

    • Send the units back at my expense (lag time, probably a month+)
    • Purchase new units with shipping at my expense in the meantime
    • Receive old units repaired
    • Send back the new units with shipping at my expense
    So, I essentially have to pay for shipping three times so I can have minimum downtime.

    Am I going to have to keep transmitters in reserve to avoid this problem?

    Also, I can't mix and match V6II and V6IIs in the kits. I wish I could!

    Yet another, it's not clear how I will be refunded for just the transmitters when I buy a kit shipped to me.

  • STILL WAITING for my refund/repair/switch on these transmitters. Five weeks later, still nothing.

    This is not an impressive process.

    Cactus eventually fixed this problem for me. After a bunch of communication, I got some new units as replacement for my broken units.
