Remote triggering with flash

Is it possible to remote trigger the camera with an attached V6II and a second V6II with a flash attached?

Or do I need 3x V6II? One V6 II for the camera, one for the flash and one as the trigger?

Yes you do need 3, and also need to use Relay Mode.
