Wheel an release button in a bad place.
When the tranceiver is on the camera, your forehead will hit the wheel, while looking in the viewfinder and change settings unintendedly. Move it on to the left side. When pressing the menu buttons, it is natural to "hold against" at the front with you rindex finger. Then you unintendedly release the flash. Move the button to the top side. Thank you very much.

Have a look into the manual and you'll find a way to prevent your forehead from making undesired changes. Unlocking the wheel before making intentional changes with your fingers is a very quick operation and the trigger will lock itself after a short grace period.
As for the Mode Switch, we did it that way to save parts and more importantly it is simpler to operate; one less switch to care about.
Thanks!
