pentax K-5 RF60X no HSS-PTTL

in RF60X Problems
I'm am using A001 firmware on all of my devices which are Pentax K-5 powering a V6ii with Pentax af540 and a cactus RF60X
The V6ii with the pentax af540 will allow HSS 
The RF60X shows black frames or will not sync the flash to the camera I am convinced its user error but not sure what I am doing wrong?

    To help us better help you, always state the exact firmware version installed on your Cactus device(s), such as: "1.1.013", "NIK.A.001", "v.103", or "A06".

    TTL or HSS not working on Cactus V6 II and V6 IIs? Be sure to check hot shoe connectivity by doing the <CAMERA INFO> check.
