hi every time i try to uograde with latest uodater it says failed ..
any help to resolve ?

    What OS are you using? 

    Are you using the latest v3.02 for Windows?

    You may also try to re-selecting the firmware version, e.g. v1.03, so the program would re-download the firmware file.

    If it still does not work, you can go into the root folder and manually delete a file that names something like "rf60x.fir". Then go back to the Firmware Updater program and again select the firmware version (v.1.03).
