Disable Dial Push In Exposure Lock

I love the auto lock feature! Please have an option to lock all dial functionality. I find my exposure being locked now and again from the long hold of my forehead! :)

    There is indeed a DIAL LOCK.

    Long press the OK button to lock the dial
    press it once to temporarily unlock it, and you can make adjustments. It will auto lock the dial again after a few seconds.
    Long press the OK button again to unlock the dial.

    Yes, however, the exposure lock is still engaged if you hold the dial in when already locked. So the lock is ignored for exposure lock.
